Pilates Workshop: Lower Body @ Studio b Yoga & More | Chilliwack | British Columbia | Canada
This workshop will break down the pelvic floor muscles and their relation to engaging the proper muscles during Pilates. Focusing on proper alignment and breathing technique we will cover inactive glutes tight hips, knee issues, lower back pain and how it all ties in with activating the core properly. Participants will leave with information on what muscles are being engaged during the different exercises learned to create better awareness.
These workshops are created to allow space to learn and are not a full pilates moment class. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. This workshop will involve both discussion and class participation but will not be a full pilates practice.
