Introduction to Kundalini

Through this experiential practice, we exercise and awaken our potential by uniting the mental, physical and nervous energies – providing you with a new understanding and resonant relationship with yourself.

Kundalini Yoga consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, meditation and postures to cultivate and raise prana in the body; balance the glandular system; strengthen the nervous system; expand lung capacity; and awakens your creative potential. Kundalini Yoga has the capacity to bring balance to the entire mind / body system and beyond.

When our systems are aligned, we naturally merge with our magnificence and embody radiance – a projection of the light that already resides within. We become magnetic and experience an exceptionally attractive quality of life – one we are all born to live.
