Make a commitment to your wellness this spring. Shedding old habits and creating new patterns take time and discipline. This series was created with the intention of rebirth and renewal by integrating a new habit that is attainable. Five Monday mornings for 45 minutes, start the week off with intention. A morning yoga practice syncs you with the natural rhythm of the sun, energizes for the day ahead, decreases stress, and promotes mindfulness. You will learn sequences conducive for morning practice as well as meditation techniques. A gentle flow will ease you into movement that will culminate with a guided meditation at the end of each class. Option to journal throughout series.
No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary. All levels welcomed.
