Dawn has been in the health and wellness field for years. As an ER nurse, she relied heavily on her personal yoga practice as a form of self care; a way to create balance in her work and personal life. Her deep love of yoga led her to her first teacher training several years ago and there’s been no looking back!
Dawn remains a committed student and lifelong learner. She continues to seek out opportunities to further her education as a teacher in order to best serve her students and community.
Dawn teaches Hatha Yoga in Anusara and Classical style, Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness as well as Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga. Dawn is also an Usui Reiki Practitioner, Okuden Second Degree.
