Isabelle has been practising yoga since 2006. It started as a hobby and soon became a passion that lead her to take her RYT 200 and Yin/Chakra certification in summer of 2017. Prior to that Isabelle graduated from Queen’s University in 1986 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. She practiced physiotherapy from 1986 through to 2016. Her physiotherapy career came to an abrupt halt when a tragic water accident in March 2016 rendered her husband a quadriplegic. Isabelle attributes not only being able to survive this trauma but prevailing in the face of adversity to her well established practice of yoga. Through this experience, Isabelle realized that everyone has a story. All stories contain their share of trauma. Teaching yoga as a tool to manage life’s stresses and transitions is her passion.
Isabelle is inspired by making yoga accessible to all regardless of their age or ability. Her goal is to enable everyone to keep moving with grace at any age.

We offer classes 7 days a week 6am-9pm, daily classes times and types will vary. Studio B offers a variety of styles of Yoga, as well as Pilates, Barre, Dance and Children’s Yoga and Dance.
