Welcome to the rhythm of Studio B. Our weekly schedule reflects the heartbeat of our community—a thoughtful balance of energizing flows, restorative practices, and everything in between. Whether you're an early riser seeking sunrise meditation or someone who unwinds with evening yoga after a long day, our timetable offers classes designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We've built our schedule around the real lives of our students. That means morning sessions before work, midday classes for those with flexible schedules or lunch breaks, and evening practices when the day begins to settle. Our seven-day-a-week offering ensures that your yoga practice can become a consistent, nourishing part of your routine, no matter how busy life gets.

Weekly Class Rhythm

Our mornings begin gently. Early classes tend to focus on awakening the body with mindful movement—think Hatha fundamentals, gentle Vinyasa flow, and foundational practices perfect for starting your day with intention. These sessions welcome students of all levels and provide a grounding experience before the demands of the day take hold. If you're new to yoga or prefer a slower, more deliberate pace, our morning offerings are an ideal entry point.

Midday brings opportunity. We know that many of our students work from home, enjoy flexible schedules, or can carve out a lunch hour for self-care. Our noon-hour classes are designed to refresh and reset—active enough to energize, yet accessible enough that you won't leave feeling depleted. Expect a blend of Hatha, Level 1/2 Vinyasa, and restorative styles that help you return to your afternoon with clarity and calm.

Evenings at Studio B are where our community truly comes alive. After-work classes range from vigorous Vinyasa flows for those seeking a physical challenge, to gentle and restorative sessions that help you release the tension of the day. We also offer specialized evening classes including prenatal yoga, intermediate practices, and workshops that dive deeper into alignment, breathwork, and meditation. Weekend mornings and afternoons round out the week with longer sessions, family-friendly classes, and special events.

Styles & Sessions for Every Body

At Studio B, variety isn't just nice to have—it's essential. Our students come to us with different goals, different bodies, and different experiences. Some seek strength and flexibility. Others need rest and restoration. Many simply want a welcoming space to breathe and move. Our schedule reflects that diversity.

You'll find Hatha Yoga classes throughout the week, offering a slower, alignment-focused approach that builds strength and body awareness. These sessions are perfect for beginners and anyone who values precision and mindfulness over speed. Our Vinyasa Flow classes—available at Level 1, Level 1/2, and Intermediate levels—link breath with movement in a more dynamic practice. If you're drawn to creative sequencing and a bit of a cardiovascular challenge, Vinyasa will feel like home.

For those seeking gentleness, our Restorative and Gentle Yoga classes use props and longer holds to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. These sessions are ideal for healing from injury, managing stress, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down. We also offer Prenatal Yoga for expecting parents, Foundations of Yoga for absolute beginners, and activity-specific classes like Pilates and Ballet Fit that complement your yoga practice beautifully.

Kids and families aren't forgotten. Our schedule includes Kids Yoga and Kids Dance classes that introduce younger community members to mindful movement in a playful, age-appropriate way. We believe that teaching self-care and body awareness early creates a foundation for lifelong well-being.

How It Works: Drop-Ins, Passes & Memberships

Attending class at Studio B is simple. We welcome both drop-in students and those who prefer the commitment and savings of a class pass or unlimited membership. Drop-in rates are available for every session, making it easy to try a class or maintain a flexible practice. If you're planning to attend regularly, our multi-class passes and monthly unlimited memberships offer significant value and encourage consistency.

Class passes are available in packages—the more classes you purchase, the greater your savings. These passes are valid across all group classes and can be shared between one or two people, making them perfect for partners, friends, or family members who want to practice together. Unlimited monthly memberships provide the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to attend as many classes as you wish throughout the month. We also offer three-month, six-month, and annual memberships at discounted rates for those ready to commit to their practice long-term.

What to Expect & How to Prepare

We recommend arriving at least ten to fifteen minutes before your first class. This gives you time to complete any necessary registration, meet your teacher, get oriented to the studio space, and settle onto your mat before the session begins. While we provide mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters, you're always welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most students practice barefoot, and we ask that you silence your phone and leave it in the changeroom. Bring a water bottle and an open mind. That's truly all you need.

If you have injuries, health concerns, or specific goals, please let your teacher know before class. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and alternatives so that every pose can be adapted to your body's needs. Remember: yoga is not about perfection or comparison. It's about showing up for yourself, breathing, and moving with intention.

Check Current Times & Book Ahead

Our schedule evolves with the seasons and the needs of our community. Class times, styles, and instructors may shift periodically to better serve you. We encourage you to check our current timetable online or contact the studio directly to confirm session times and availability before your visit. Many of our classes fill up, especially during popular morning and evening slots, so booking ahead is always a good idea.

Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning to your mat after time away, we're here to support you. At Studio B, your schedule becomes our schedule, and your practice becomes part of our shared story. We can't wait to see you on the mat.
